Hang Lung Properties – Lucky Lion Dance Leaping to New Heights Game Terms & Conditions

The Hang Lung Properties – Lucky Lion Dance Leaping to New Heights Game (the "Game") is organized by Hang Lung Properties Limited ("Hang Lung"). The promotion period is from January 16, 2025 to February 28, 2025 (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive and based on the time recorded by the server (the "Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, individuals from all over the world are welcome to play and participate in the Game. If an individual participates in the Game and clicks the "start" button (“Participant”), such individual is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). In case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the right to cancel or disqualify a Participant's eligibility to participate in the Game in its absolute discretion without prior notice.

1. By participating in the Game, you agree and represent that you are 18 years old or above, or below the age of 18 years old and are under the supervision of your parent or a legal guardian to participate in the Game. If any individual does not meet the above criteria, their eligibility to participate in the Game will be cancelled.
2. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants are granted a personal, limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable licence to participate in the Game.
3. Participants' scores will be calculated by a computer system based on the criteria outlined in the pre-game screen. After completing the Game, the Participants must answer two questions to receive a digital AI-generated Chinese New Year Fai Chun. Hang Lung reserves the right to modify the content of the digital Chinese New Year Fai Chun at any time without prior notice.
4. The final total score will be based on the latest scores of the Participants recorded in the computer system. If a Participant plays the Game again, the scores obtained before the re-play will be cancelled and nullified, and replaced by the scores obtained in the re-play. If a Participant plays the Game more than once, only the score from the last game will be recorded and calculated by the computer system, and the final total score of the Participant will be based on the latest records in the Game’s computer system, which Participants shall not contest.
5. Hang Lung will donate HK$10 to charity(ies) at the choice of Hang Lung each time a Participant plays the Game, with a maximum aggregate donation amount of HK$100,000.
6. Participants agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, sell, lease, lend, sublicense, or commercially utilize the Game in any way.
7. Participation in the Game is voluntary, and Hang Lung shall not be responsible to Participants or any other party for any disputes, liabilities, loss, damage, claim or cost arising from or caused by this promotion. Hang Lung shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred in the promotion. If a Participant causes any third party to incur any loss, damage, expense, or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) during the Game, the Participant shall be solely responsible, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hang Lung, for any claims or demands made by such third party in respect of the losses, damages or expenses incurred by them.
8. Hang Lung shall not be liable for any delays, losses, errors, or failures to identify scores caused by technical issues such as computer systems or networks. All scores, dates, and times related to the Game are determined by the computer system and subject to our final decision.
9. Hang Lung may revise or amend these Terms and Conditions, change or terminate the Game at any time. If there are any changes, the updated version containing such changes will be effective immediately. Your continued participation in the Game will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any changes or additions we make, please stop participating in the Game immediately.
10. Hang Lung reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from the Game, Hang Lung reserves the right of final decision and any decision made by Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive.
11. In the event of discrepancies or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
